Exotic Jelly

Staying in for New Years add some Exotic Jelly to your intimate evening of celebrating. 1. Cut baguette into slices, brush with olive oil and toast in oven until light in colour. Spread brie cheese on each slice. Cut pear into slices and place on top of brie. Follow with a dollop of vanilla pear jelly and sprinkle with pecans. Return to oven and warm . Keep an eye on them. 2.Try Blackberry Peppercorn Jelly or Chili Pepper Jelly on warm brie. Bake the brie for 12 minutes in oven with jelly on top. 3.Cream Cheese and Hot Pepper Jelly for a night of entertaining.
