Hi Everyone! I'm sure there are many of you eagar and ready to get in for a massage asap now that the lockdown is lifting a bit. Your wait is almost over! I will be starting massages again for MARCH 1ST! I will be working 3-630pm Monday-Friday for Mar and April, as I will be working at TurnerMoore LLP in the mornings. You can book ONLINE, or contact me via emial, text, or call to book your appointments. I will NOT be taking any new clients (unless by referral) in order to he...lp limit my exposure to potiental Covid carriers. New clients CANNOT book online, so they must contact me to book in. I will still be following the Covid-19 protocols for the time being, which includes inquiring about your status in regards to contact with covid positive persons, and covid-like symptoms in yourself at the time of booking and at the start of the appointment. You will also be required to wear a Mask (as will I) and to sanitize upon entering the building and/or the clinic. I thank all of you for your patience, understanding, and respect over these past couple months, and hope to see you soon! Have a Happy and Safe Family Day!

As many of you are probably aware by now, Premier Ford has announced that non-essential Health services, including massage, are allowed to resume providing services, under the guidance of their respective regulatory body. The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) has also given the go ahead for massage to resume, however strict protocols and procedures must be in place and adhered to throughout the course of the pandemic. First and foremost, strict hygiene practices... are required. This includes that both the therapist and the client MUST wear a surgical or medical grade mask from the moment they enter the workspace until the moment they leave. Additionally, every single surface must be disinfected between each client, meaning I will require more time to set up between clients. All clients will also need to go through a screening process, both at the time of the booking and immediately prior to the appointment. This is done through a series of questions I must ask and keep a record of. If you are anyone you have come into contact with has had any COVID 19 symptoms I ask that you refrain from getting treatment until the symptoms have cleared and remained gone for a week, and/or you receive a negative COVID 19 test. It is important to note that while massage is being allowed, it is still to be reserved for those who require it in order to improve the quality of life. There is still a significant risk, even with all the precautions being made, of spreading the COVID 19 virus. It is asked that both clients and therapists assess the need for treatment against the risk of spreading the virus. When making this decision, we must take into consideration not just the risk to ourselves, but the risk to all those we come into contact with. If you or someone you are in close contact with are at high risk (children, elderly, and immune compromised), it is strongly suggested that you refrain from coming in for treatment. Keep in mind that this also means I must consider not just my own family, but all of my clients and their families as well. In additional we must also keep a record of everyone who enters our unit each day, so if the need arises to warn clients of a positive COVID 19 case being linked to our building we can do so. If it is determined that your need outweighs the risk, you may book an appointment via phone, text, or email; ONLINE BOOKING will NOT be available for the time being. I will also be greatly restricting the number of clients I see a day to only 2, as recommended by the CMTO. I will be opening on June 8th, allowing me time to gather the supplies needed, and to receive the results of my own COVID test so that I can ensure your safety to the best of my abilities. I thank you for your patience, understanding, and loyalty throughout this time; and look forward to when things can go back to normal! If you have further questions please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to provide you answers. See more

This is a great idea and I'm willing to do the same for those clients that wish to cancel their appointment but still want to support my business during this time. You can contact me over the phone or online and request to change your appointment to a gift card, I can accept e-transfers and credit cards for payment and leave the card in your file, that way you don't have to come in at all!

I would like to address 2 concerns that clients may have in regards to the COVID-19 (coronavirus). 1. Health safety is, has been, and always will be a priority in the clinic. Everything gets sanitized between clients, my hands are washed immediately before AND after every client, and I do keep sanitizer in my room. That being said, if you or someone you have come into recent contact with has been presenting symptoms (fever, dry cough, or difficulty breathing) I do ask you to ...kindly call and re-book your appointment to help reduce the chances of spreading it to anyone. Additionally, with the current closures for school occurring, if you are unable to find alternative supervision for your children during your appointment time you are MORE then welcome to bring them in with you! I will have some coloring books and crayons available to help occupy them, so you can still receive your much needed treatment over this stressful time. Alternatively we can re-book your appointment to another time. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.
