Amanda McMullin from Niche Travel Group was so patient and helped us plan every... single detail of the trip. She then booked each detail to ensure that our group would have a wonderful adventure. Then the dreaded Covid infested the world. Of course our trip had to be cancelled for now. So the cancellation process started and the flights, hotels, villas, ground transportation and excursions all had to be refunded or credits applied. Then 15 months later we learn that our airline tickets would be eligible for refund. We were refunded for every single part of our travel including our flights and we did absolutely nothing.....our travel agent took care of everything even though the travel industry has been paralyzed by the pandemic. Sandals has announced that it will be offering complimentary in-resort COVID-19 testing through March 31, 2021.... The news comes on the heels of new testing requirements announced by both the Canadian and U.S. governments. Tests will be conducted by approved and practiced medical professionals, with convenience and minimal distraction to the vacation experience in mind. Upon arrival at their resort, guests will be assisted in making all necessary arrangements to schedule an on-site COVID-19 test. This will be done at least 72 hours before their departure, with test results made available within 24 hours.
