To our valued partners, builders and retail customers Surface Design & Décor is taking this current health issue for what it is...a serious challenge for us and... everyone we love and care about and that includes our very loved and valuable customers. It’s not just about business, it’s about this community we live and conduct business within. We are taking every step to do our part; common areas and surfaces in the store are being disinfected throughout the day, samples that people have at home that are being returned are being disinfected, we are attempting to wipe down the door handles, washing our hands with anti bacterial soap and hand sanitizer, standing back 3-6 feet from customers (please don’t be offended). Basically, everything we can to keep you and ourselves, safe. Our staff and subcontractors have been, or will be, told that if they have any symptoms of COVID-19, then it’s time to stay home. As important as our customers are, the people that work for, and with, us are our family. They are the ones that make us the amazing company that we are. We are lucky to have them and their health is paramount to us. As far as our existing customers that have installations upcoming, please, if you have any doubt about your safety, or feel that you may be putting our staff at risk, let us know.
