Racing Family Hang in There, Sept will be here sooner than you think! After discussions with our race organizers and in consideration of the current public hea...lth orders, the races for May, June and July are cancelled (Vedder, Piston Run, Merritt, Monkey Wrench). And the CXCC series is cancelled for this year. Squealin' Pig is next up, if we can, WE WILL be ready to race! Hey Racers, If you pre-purchased a 2020 PN Race License, you will shortly receive an email to give you an option to carry over, or receive a refund. If you paid... for a license and didn't get an email, please let me know. We are looking forward to the 2021 Season and having a big 90th Anniversary party! PN Directors

After extensive investigation, and sad hearts we are cancelling/postponing the BCORCS June races. The Piston Run is officially postponed to another date yet t...o be determined. The Merrit Bar Bender, Quesnel Outback Bushwhack, and the Monkey Wrench are also cancelled. Behind the scenes, the PN Directors, Scoring Team and Host Clubs are drafting a plan to run a race safely, while following protocols. We are considering things such as: hand wash stations, plexiglass screens, distancing, online waivers, wave starts, single starts, multi days, split days.... every aspect of a race event is under review and our aim is to have a plan ready for approval for Sept races. The plan for safety will take time to organize and we’ll aim to have everything lined up for the late Aug/Sept/Oct races (possibly some new dates for postponed races). We will only race if safe for racers, volunteers and the public and have approvals from local areas. Join your local club, practice your skills, and put time in trail maintenance! Our clubs need your help. Wishing our racing family safety and good health! The PN Directors

TRACTORSTUCK - Parody of Thunderstruck by AC/DC Watch all 17 of our farm parodies here: http://www.youtube.com/PetersonFarmBros The underlying message of this v...ideo: Sometimes in life...we get our tractor stuck! Sometimes literally on the farm and sometimes figuratively in life. Lots of farm families (and people outside of farming as well) are undergoing tough times right now. Rising inputs. Low market prices. Severe weather. Consumer push back. It can feel like when you get a tractor stuck. You are frustrated, angry, kicking the tires, wondering how you got in this mess and how in the world you are going to fix it. This video is a humorous reminder that farming is full of problems and fixing those problems. It always has been. And someone usually has it worse off than you. There is always much to be thankful for! You can choose to sit in your problems and frustration and be angry and negative. Or you can focus on the positive, what is going right, and do your best to figure out how to solve the problems you face. Sometimes you can't pull the tractor out/solve the problem by yourself. It's okay to call and ask a friend or family member for help. Sometimes getting help can be the best/most productive thing you can do. It's important to remember that the tractor will get pulled out. There is always hope for better times. And someday you can even look back on the hard times and laugh knowing that it made you stronger. Farming is cyclical. And tough times have been a part of farming for centuries. The good times will return. In the meantime keep pressing on, do your best, appreciate the people close to you, and think positive. Remember that the success of your farm doesn't define your worth as a human being. We should be thankful for every day we get live our life on the farm, even if the farm is sold one day! We are all fortunate! (If you are struggling with mental health or thoughts of suicide, please call the suicide hotline: 1-800-273-8255)

The Bar Bender lived up to it's name and challenged our A's and pushed some B's to the limit! It was a fun racing day for all, thank you to the NVDRA for all your hard work and we can't wait to see what comes around for next year! Congrats to Ben Gustavson for the MAsters win and jumping into the lead in the series points. And congrats to Ace Penner who took the overall!

The NVDRA would like to give an extreme thankyou to all who helped make our 2019 Bar Bender Race a success. We couldn’t do it without the PNWMA, endless volunteer work, sweepers, generous sponsors and company support. It was great to see the number of riders who came out! Thankyou!!!...
