Covid 19 Silver linings :) Part II: Bringing the Ontario Justice System into the 21st century Probate applications, among other things, may now be filed by email in Ontario.

The emergency law enabling lawyers to make available virtual signings of Wills and Powers of Attorneys by video conferencing has been extended numerous times over the past 3 months. It is now set to expire July 29, 2020. This is the shortest extension and may well be the last.
