Hear us out! I know, those Pinterest signature drink signs are swoon-worthy. You know we're all about those details. BUT we have a love/hate relationship with signature drinks, and please don't hold that against us! Signature drinks can be fun, and add a cute, personal touch to your wedding day. But they aren't for everyone. Guests really love to drink what they drink, so try and keep it to a classic staple, like a margarita. If there isn't a significant reason why this drin...k is important to you and your other half and if your guests don't know the relevance it might be time to kick the idea. It also might not be the best cost to add to your budget - Venues have to charge you for what they pour, whether people drink it or not. You might end up paying for something that isn't consumed, and those costs add up! (It could be the difference between splurging for the shoes you really want or not). If you don't want to host a full bar, just choose whiskey or vodka, and forget the premixed cocktails. My best advice is to stay true to who you are as a couple! Do what makes you happy! If signature drinks are a must-have, you can never go wrong with that. We've all been feeling a lot of uncertainty these last couple of weeks... It's been the pits. But it has also given us a break to reflect, especially as small business owners.
