It's National Napping Day The day after we spring the clocks forward, we should celebrate Monday with a nap, sounds great! Naps are very beneficial and better then having coffee....sorry coffee drinkers. Instead of stopping to make a coffee, sit and enjoy it...go for the nap and see the difference. ... Do keep in mind that you should limit your nap to 30 mins max, you don't want to fall into REM sleep with serotonin kicking into your system. It would be too hard to; wake, be alert and fall asleep at night time.
