Mondays from 8:30-9:30 Fridays from 7:30-8:30 Barre Fitness is a ballet inspired workout incorporating elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre focuses on high repetitions and small ranges of movement to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. Our teacher is fully certified in BASI Pilates and Barre essentials. Mini-Session November 27-December 18th or sign up for the rest of the season and save 40%! There must be a minimum of 7 participants to run the classes. MEET MISS. EMILY Miss Emily started her dance training at 3 years old as a student at Nicole Jacklin School of Dance. Here she completed her Advanced 2 Ballet exam with the Royal Academy of Dance as a student with Ms Nicole. She continued her dance education in post secondary attending George Brown College, graduating with a diploma in Dance Performance Studies. She has gained experience performing and training with companies in Toronto and Calgary. Now, Miss Emily is continuing education with the Royal Academy of Dance Teacher Training certification, Acrobatique, and CLI studios.
