St. Ives or equate body lotion Mary Kay products Avon products Aveeno lotion These are just a few of my favourites! Remember: lotion lotion lotion Get into the habit of lotioning your whole body after your shower or bath; esp the feet and hands. Put socks or slippers on. And/or put lotion on your hands and feet at bedtime. Then, it soaks in well while you are sleeping Add cuticle oil into your routine as well. Especially now when you might be gardening or working harder with your hands. And.... all that hand sanitizer dries out your skin... so step up your lotion use when you can
