Here the process to getting that perfect hood fan... the second time! The client sent me the concept picture and sketch, which I then make a template. Then I get sent the revised template with sharpie marks, but no dimensions. All while keeping in mind the size of hood insert, and the duct work involved. So now it’s up to us to make it happen. A lot of cutting, glueing, sanding, and painting goes into such a simple piece.
