Happy Mother’s Day to all of our residents and their families. A big huge thank you to Crystal and Holly for helping me make this happen today. We served cake, tea and coffee to the residents and also gave each of the residents a rose for Mother’s Day! We all hope you enjoyed this afternoon another take you going out to one of our night girls Tonicia Vivian for making the cakes for me!!!

Live at the nightingale manor today May the 6th was Alvin Gidge! Of course we all enjoyed them to the fullest. it’s one of the things the residents enjoy the most, and it gets them out of their room the most as everyone loves a bit of music! Thank you so much Alvin, we are thankful you both came !

Today was our End of Month Birthday Social. Which takes place at the end of the month to celebrate the birthdays that took place that Month, listed below is the list Isabelle Blackmore Charlie Penney Venetta Dyke ... Alex Wicks Doris West Gladys Hooper Gwen Snow I decided to throw an afternoon of tea/coffee, a good chance for us all to relax enjoy our time together, had a nice few show up today too, put out a few birthday decorations and had some music on in the back ground with lots of different cookies, chips and a cake that Gwen shared with the other residents(thank you) as her birthday was yesterday and Erzas was today! Also a big shout out to the night girls, who put together and made all these yummy desserts I hope they all enjoyed this afternoon, I was a little blushed up, as one of the residents came in saying thank you to me for all my hard work, and everyone joined in saying thank you for all your hard work, all saying nice things to me how I always do a good job etc. .... I could not stop smiling and went blood red when they all gave me around of applause. Made me feel so good! I love my job, I hope I can continue to please all the residents and try to get them more busier as the weather is getting nice! It was a great afternoon, thank you all for being so supportive
