Nighty Noodles Project

So happy that we can start delivering donations to organizations that directly help families in need. We recently donated sleepers, blankets etc to The Ronal McDonal House in Winnipeg. Thank you to everyone who donated the beautiful hand made blankets, new sleepers and countless of other items that made this donation possible.

It’s delivery day! Dropped off baby layettes to Gianna Centre and warm jammies to the Children Health Center at Grey Nuns Community Hospital. Thank you for donating! Our fall campaign is in full swing until the end of October. Remember us when doing your fall cleaning! Give us a call to make arrangements for pick up or delivery.

Well the latest snow fall may not suggest it but people are starting to spring clean so Spring must be just around the corner. Thank you going out to Shan Ferreira for thinking of Nighty Noodles Project and donating a bunch of items from clothes to toys and even a baby tub. If you are starting to spring clean and wondering what to do with all those clothes that may not fit your baby or toys that your kids have outgrown, please consider donating to Nighty Noodles Project. We will be happy to arrange pick up of donations.

It may be Christmas morning and everyone is making last minute preparations for family gatherings and Christmas dinner, but there are several families that still find the time to think of the families who need our help. Thank you to Amanda Klippenstien and Myrna Turko and their families and friends for taking the time to come together and choosing The Nighty Noodles Project as their charity that they are supporting this Christmas season. Thank you to everyone and wishing every family that donated throughout the year a happy and joyous Christmas.

Well Winnipeg, you did not disappoint. Last week, we mentioned that a week seldom goes by without someone donating to our project which makes it feel like Christmas.... and it was only November. Just like many past weeks, another beautiful lady, Lynn Kilfoyle ... dropped off these lovely handmade hats, mitts and bibs. Thank you so much Lynn for all of these. They are greatly appreciated. So, only four more weeks until the "big guy" comes to visit us all. Lets see if we can continue this magical feeling and have someone make a donation next week. Sometimes it just takes a gathering of friends who enjoy a glass of wine and supporting a great cause. Thanks to Amy and her friends for the pajamas, blankets and cash donations!

Some days it feels like Christmas and it’s only November!!! At least once a week, someone donates to our project and this week is no different. Thanks going to Michelle Lea and Laurel Stitt who recently dropped off their donations of new diapers, gently loved burp cloths, bibs, baby sleep sacs, bath towels, blankets and hats.... Come on Winnipeg, keep the donations coming and make it feel like Christmas every week from now until the big guy comes. When people come together and volunteer their time to help others, the only thing that comes from that is LOVE . That’s what happened at Milltown Colony. Thank you to all the ladies that shared their talents and time with Nighty Noodles Project and handmade over 70 blankets, sleepers and baby hats to donate. There is no better feeling then picking up a donation like this just as the cold weather is rolling in. Many babies will certainly be kept warm and cozy in these.
