Another amazing highlight/root smudge combo on my girl @thepaperhaus ________ 2 step process. . .... Step 1- full head highlights with back to back fine weaves to achieve maximum lightness. Applied lightener root to end on all existing hair outside of the highlights using low developer for minimal damage. We want to lighten to the color inside of a banana in order to get this icy cool result. Process 1hr after final foil ________ Step 2- root smudge with a level 7 on root with Lanza liquids then color ends with level 9 lanza liquids and comb everything through for a seamless blend. Process 20 min. ________ Ultimate Treatment was used after step 1 rinse and after step 2 rinse. I always want to keep the hair as healthy as possible when doing a lightning service. It's important to try to replace as much moisture and protein as possible to help keep the hair healthy. It's also very important the client goes home with the appropriate shampoo, conditioner and leave-in conditioner/oil to maintain healthy hair and strong Color retention at home . It's really important that my clients understand that blondes like this take time. It's also not cheap. This client takes me roughly 3 1/2 hours or 4 hours depending on how bad banding is or if she used a heavy purple shampoo that completely discolored her hair and I have to go in and remove that. _________ I also take very fine sections. So the application time is roughly an hour. By the time I'm done applying, It sits for another hour. And this is fine hair So if I have a client with very thick hair the processing time and application time could be longer. __________ When you send me a message I cannot give you a consultation via message.
