Good day ya'll Just wanted to share with you some info in regard to opening up shop! Our Cosmetology association has put forth guidelines for us to follow as we prepare to open our salons and when an official date is announced i will post it right away! I want you all to know that i take these rules and restrictions and protocols very seriously as it means the safety of myself, you the client and our families! With that being said here are some of the changes that will tak...e place in order to re-open and to keep on par with our new restrictions and rules that we must follow! Salons and spas have had to purchase a more than normal amount of disinfectants, hand sanitizers, and ppe with these purchases to ensure the safety of us all there is of course a significant rise in cost therefore to cover only the use of these products i will be charging an additional $3 on your service only to take care of what it will cost me on a monthly basis to purchase the much needed safety supplies. Disinfecting all surfaces will occur after every client leaves the shop to ensure the safety of the next client to enter. I do hope you understand! As much as i would love to work 12 hour days to accommodate everyone's needs unfortunately with the social distancing rules still in place I will only be permitted one client at a time with a maximum of 4-5 a day. I promise i am working out the kinks now for you all! Masks will be mandatory before entering my shop. If you do not have one i will provide one for you. I will no longer be accepting cash or cheque. I will have on hand a debit tap as well as always good old fashion etransfer! I ask that you come alone to your appointments. I ask that if you arrive early for your appointment that you wait in your car until the scheduled time. I ask that you come on a full belly so that no snacks are taken in the salon so to not have to take off your mask. If you have a medical condition such as diabetes that requires a snack or drink then i will leave the room and once you are done i will provide you with a new clean mask. I know that one thing i always love to do is serve tea and sometimes the odd snack but unfortunately i can no longer do that as per the mask rule. That one makes me sad i will be honest. This will be our "new normal" for some time but if we all work together we can co exist under these new rules and at least have a little break from isolation and of course have some laughs maybe some cry's some great chats and vent sessions all the wonderful things i miss about you all and of course at the same time make you look and feel FABULOUS again!!!!! In honour of Annie and for Annie’s Angels Nikki’s Classy Cuts Hairstyling will be collecting non perishable food items this week and into the first of next week!!! There is always someone in need and with this past year being financially straining for so many and Christmas being just a week away now is the time to help ease that financial strain.... if you would like to give a non perishable food donation my shop is open from 12 noon to 7pm ish Mabie longer today, Thursday and Friday, Saturday morning then Monday, Tuesday of next week from morning to evening!! There is always something in your pantry you have more than one of to give Merry Christmas to you all and many blessings for the year 2021
