Nimrods' to the Monday rescue! We want the whole Island to try PEI's first locally-roasted, organic, fair trade drive-thru coffee. So what better way to do that than to...well...give it away? So for the next couple of Mondays, that's just what we are going to do. Swing by and say hi and we will hand you a free 12oz coffee. There are no strings, but you can help prevent this from being a huge disaster by doing something nice like buying a donut for a friend, sharing your experience on social media, or messaging us with your feedback! If all goes well and we don't go out of business, we can hopefully make Free Coffee Mondays a more regular thing.

Our Nimrods' burger is by far the most popular item on the menu. It's a simple burger made with local ingredients. 4oz of Island ground beef, house-made PEI potato chips, ADL strong cheddar, lettuce, and pickles all topped with our dill aioli and served on a freshly baked bun. It's a $9 burger that won't let you down!

Have you tried our Cheddar Beet Fresh Bowl? ADL white cheddar, organic local beets from Brookfield farms, pickled cranberries, candied walnuts, and fresh dill, all served over fresh greens or warm rice and drizzled with a lemon and sweet-herb vinegrette. Thanks to skills of Chef Brittany and all of the feedback we have received on our vegan Breakfast Sandwich, we are excited to introduce our new and improved vegan Breakfast sandwich that will be around to stay! It features bacon seitan, 48-hour marinated tofu that's golden fried, lettuce, tomato, and house-made cheddar cheeze, all topped with our vegan dill aioli and served on a fresh English muffin. We hope it will become the go-to breakfast option for vegans on the move.

Next we were craning a 5,000lb pizza oven onto a floating dock. Now we are selling lightning fast burgers from an old KFC drive thru.... What could possibly be next??!?! Two weeks left to try either of our Burger Love entries! With nearly 8,000 burgers sold, we are thrilled that we were able to pull off this experiment and double what we sold last year. We've had some busy days and some slow days, hiccups and long hours, but we have learned a lot in the process and we're thankful for the support of our new Nimrods' family and the opportunity to serve so many first-time customers. With two weeks left of this pop up, we now begin to look at our next move: Do we stay here and try our hands at something new or pack up for the season and go back into hibernation. Whichever we choose, we just want you to know how much we have valued this experience and all your support.

Vegan poutine anyone? We still have our pizza fries on special, but we thought it was time to create something for our veg lovers! This limited time special features our crispy coated fries topped with Fauxmage vegan mozza, a house made mushroom gravy by Chef Brittany, some dill and tumeric pickled onions and pickled beets. You can also order this with our regular house gravy and mozza if you'd like!

Our pizza fries were a hit so we'll be keeping them around until the end of the week! We want to give a shoutout to Mike's Queen Street Meat Market for developing their very own pepperoni and keeping us well stocked all summer long. They welcomed all our feedback and didn't stop tweaking the recipe until they had the best darn pepperoni around and we were happy to support them in the process. Drive thru and pick one up it before its gone. We are open 11:30-8pm everyday.

We sold out of our Butter Chicken Poutine lightning fast, so we are now offering the second part of our poutine trials: Pizza Fries. A pile of crispy coated fries layered with shredded mozzarella and then smothered in Nimrods' pizza sauce, fried pepperoni and green onion. This hearty helping will be available for a limited time for $11.99.

A lot of people ask us if it's drive thru only so we guess we haven't done a great job at promoting our dining room that we transformed with a fresh paint job, filled with local art and lots of greenery. Eating in will transport you to another time, so grab some buds and come hang with us inside! Shoutout to our Nimrods' family members, Kat and Tami MacNeil for all their hard work bringing this to life.

We've "herd" all the feedback and have been busy tweaking our systems to make Herd it Through the Bovine as good as we can and to make sure we are serving it piping hot, but with all the same delicious flavour. We quickly learned that nothing looks pretty coming out of a foil wrap, so we have also changed up our packaging. The music volume is lower, the wow factor has been restored, and we found a new home for the family of badgers living in the attic, so come try it and let us know what you think.

Today is our last day down on the water and we only have 70 pizzas left to serve. Thank you all for helping us clear out our food for the season and giving us a big goodbye. We had hoped to do a another rockin' farewell, but burgers took over our lives. We promise to make up for it next season.

Only four more days to enjoy our little slice of paradise! Herd it Through the Bovine is our fresh take on a classic fast food burger. Two smash PEI patties, crispy bacon, gooey cheese, lettuce and ketchup chips with our special house made mayo and a flavourful burger sauce. It's not the prettiest one on the list, but our drive thru is serving them in a flash and it will definitely hit the spot. AVAILABLE ONLY at ur popup location at 1 Stratford Road.
