That 1 time you forget a before pic! Anyway... This beauty had over highlighted hair with about 1.5 inches of harsh regrowth. I did partial slices to the midstrands with a lowlight, then root smudged and toned her ends nice and bright. Naturally toned down for fall with way less maintenance!!
