Nine Lives Lettering

Yesterday, I messaged Erin to see how the wedding went on Saturday and she sent me these two pictures a friend took. Erin got married at her parent's place just outside Cornwall. Isn't this view just to die for? I can't wait to see the pictures that @moment.us_photo took!

On Saturday, the Doyle's tied the knot! This is the second sign of three that I made for Erin's big day. Although they didn't have a big wedding this year, next year this sign will be used as their guest book. I cant wait to see pictures from the wedding. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Doyle

I recently made three wedding sign for a bride who is tying the knot next weekend. The great things about these signs is that the wood I used was milled by her dad. The wood was definitely rough and required a lot of sanding to get it to this point but it was so much fun to work with a piece of lumber that actually had some history behind it. As you all know from a previous post, my parents recently sold their home. My housewarming gift to them was obviously a sign. My dad has recently been obsessed with mixology and drink making so I thought a sign for his bar would be perfect. . . My husband and I came up with the name for the bar. My maiden name is Legros which in English trasnlates to The Big, so I knew I wanted something with The Big in it. My husband figured since my dad was in the navy that something nauti...cal would be a great idea. Finally, we came up with this- I think the tag line is probably the best part about it. . . Ever since we named his bar, my dad has taken it upon himself to find as many nautical/navy themed decorations that he can find to spruce it up along with all of his hockey stuff. I can't wait til the whole family can get together again and have some drinks at The Big Shipwreck. See more

You walk into your new home and get to the kitchen and see this. The previous home owners left you a gift and a note with everythung you need to know about your home sweet home. . . . Well, if you're the lucky couple that bought my parent's house, this is your reality. ... . . Wouldn't that be awesome to come home to this? This idea was my dad's and I was so happy to be able to make his gift idea for the new home owners come to life. I hopw they enjoy their gift and their new home. I have so many great memories of this home but I can't wait to make new ones at my parent's new place! See more

My sister's big day is a little over three weeks away. This day definitely isn't the big day she planned but all things considered, I think it's going to be the best wedding of the decade! . . . If you scroll down my feed, you'll see the original chalkboard that was made for this day. With family bubbles being limited to 10 people, a seating plan had to be made for the ceremony so we were no longer able to tell people to pick their seats like originally planned. Either way, I still love how this take #2 came out!

Finding the right gift for a bride that has everything can sometimes be tricky. When I got married 4 years ago, my sister made me an Emergency Kit for the day of the wedding and being that I am a person with very original gift ideas (clearly, lol), I made her the exact same thing. Obviously, like everything I've gifted her, I put my own little personal touch on it. All that's missing is some bubbly! . .
