Ninja Princess

I am really struggling the last few days to find balance. It's a big adjustment to go from staying at home full time to working while keeping the house clean, cooking, having time for my fella's, run errands and actually rest. My spoons are just empty. But I know I will get there. Today I am going to honour my need to not leave the house and do only what I want/need to do.

I had a moment this evening that I realized was brought on by a trigger. The little lady pictured here was most certainly lashing out. I will talk about it a little more later this week once I am not feeling so raw.
