Tansi beautiful people! Just thought I’d share some personal tips that have helped me with my mental health journey recently. Not everything works for everyone ...but when you find something that helps you to feel good naturally, do more of it! Things that help my mental health: *smudging/gratitude *getting ready for the day *eating healthy *journaling *AFFIRMATIONS *music/dance *having fresh flowers/plants *fresh air/nature/ sunlight *clean home/space *getting adequate sleep *be around good people/ energy *setting daily intentions & being intentional with the things I give energy to. Everyday isn’t going to be a perfect mental health day and it’s okay, not to be okay. I just wanted to share in hopes some of these tips might help.
