Due to safety protocols we are unable to celebrate Valentine's day with exchanging Candy and cards for February 14th. NES decided to celebrate Valentine's day by wearing red today, February 5th for Cohort 2. Friday, February 12th will be wear red day for Cohort 1 and Foundations. Happy Valentine's day Awasisak.

NES would like to share a video of part of our virtual round dance for this morning. As a way to welcome back our awasisak, we had a stationary virtual round dance through Google meet. Students were able to view and dance on the spot from their classroom. Ay hay, Vice Principal Mrs. Mackinaw and Cree 4-6 instructor Mrs. Buffalo for organizing and arranging the event. And also to Mr. Buffalo for playing the drum, uplifting everyones spirits to begin the week. Principal, Mrs. Conroy, and Vice Prinicipal, Mrs. Mackinaw dancing behind Mr. Buffalo.
