Replaced an existing 40 gallon natural gas water tank and installed a new 60 gallon Rheem pro for some new Oakbank customers.

Removed this 20+ year old softener today and replaced with a 2cu foot clack softener package. Proper capacity for water condition will give the homeowners many years of trouble free equipment operation adequate water capacity between regenerations and less overall wear on the softener. Winterized hot tub today before the weather changes next week. Cleaned, drained, and biogaurd antifreeze used to ensure no issues in the spring.

Removed this leaking gas water tank and replaced with a new 60 gallon electric. This will help make the transition down the road too a high efficient furnace when the customers current 20 year old mid efficient furnace fails. We made sure to discuss all options with the customer so they could make an educated decision that worked best for them.

Replaced this laundry faucet today for some return customers, removed the sink in order to get heavily corroded faucet off, replaced copper flexes as they’ve been leaking long term, all fixed up right.

Repaired a 1 copper drop that hit and broken by a piece of equipment at one of our commercial customers shops followed by a Late evening kitchen sink hook up to get some great customers kitchen sink functional after 2-1/2 months of Reno’s.

Got these customers all fixed up in hazelridge today. These customers purchased this home which had the hot water tank and softener in their heated garage but were looking for options too move both units in side the house to avoid high garage heating costs. We gave them some options and determined that a mud room closet was a great option.

Blows my mind some of the things I see. I got this new Oakbank customer all fixed up as they had an element failure in their hot water tank. While I was there I found again a hydronic heating expansion tank used in a potable water application, no support on the expansion tank at all (literally bouncing on a 1/2 copper tee) Needless to say we will be fixing them up right as always. This was the original install from a new build, slowly but surely we will get quality back too residential!

Finished up a new customers vanity rough in and tub install today in Oakbank. Got too try out my new Milwaukee right angle drill and carbide hole saw kit. What a great tool!
