Yes, it does look like we are allowed to book as of Friday. I will be confirming with the Health Department. In the meantime. There is a new 'normal', here are our rules. 1) Appointment only ! - and only 1 person at a time - there is no guests permitted. 2) You will be asked to put your items into a container - bring ONLY items you need.... 3) You will be asked to wash you hands before anything else, then your temperature will be taken, the new additional covid release will need to be filled out - if your temperature is not normal, or you do not meet the requirements you will be required to reschedule. You must not have traveled outside of Canada in the past month, and practicing safe social distancing. 4) No food in the shop, period. 5) If you have a mask you will be required to wear it, we do have limited supply, but we ask you wear yours before entering the shop. 6) We will be cleaning the shop between each and every client. Do NOT show up more than 15 before or after your appointment - as always if you are late, you will lose your appointment. 7) If you have any questions please contact us via email - [email protected] text or phone 519 745 0184 8) Clients with standing deposits, and were required to reschedule get first crack at booking. We will continue to take etransfer deposits and bookings via email and text and phone. Facebook is NOT being used to book at this time, as it is too difficult to track and update. 9) Piercings require an appointment - NO piercings that require mask removal are going to be done at this time. SO ! they are talking about letting us open up. Things to know about when we start booking again, not that we know when that will be. 1) Same as before the shut down - clients only - no "support" or groups - we are avoiding spectators. 2) You will HAVE to wash you hands before you touch anything in the shop. We will be providing masks as well for anyone that wants one. The pens etc will be cleaned/sanitized as well as door knobs and front counter. ... 3) If you have ANY symptoms - PLEASE rebook, we will overlook the 48 hours notice on rescheduling if you are not feeling 100 % 4) There will be NO walk ins - piercings or tattoos MUST be booked via phone, or email or text (the shop number is a cell and we to take texts)

As per the Ontario Government we are closed for at least 2 weeks.

Well we held out as long as we could comfortably deal with. We are suspending new appointments and rescheduling anything booked after Sat. and screening all the rest of this weeks. We just can't take the risk. We are sorry to disappoint out customers, and trust me each of you is very important to us. Without you we would not be able to do what we love, but at the same time - if we got infected and/or infected anyone it would totally torture me. So in the interest of your saf...ety and ours we're putting the brakes on this slow moving machine. We will of course be checking text messages and emails and we can even do email consults, for future. But until we know what's what. It looks like a mandatory shut down is on the way, anyway.
