"I have a habit of doing things the wrong way around. So after I bought my BMW X5, I took it into Ryan @ Nixon Automotive, to do a "post-purchase" inspection. Ryan was - and continues to be - extremely available and open to my questions. His team's inspection didn't just surface issues, but he helped me strategize how to tackle them in the most cost-effective manner, while still maintaining their high standards of service.... I had taken my car to one other Burnaby-based German car garage about a month before but was very disappointed in the equivalent inspection service they did. With that shop, I just got a page of checks and x marks - no further details, and very little in-person explanation. With Ryan and Nixon, they were fast, professional, and thorough.
