Been struggling with time and motivation to workout. Just lifting last night was a win. When you get off work at 8pm it can be difficult to stay and workout. But being able do things that will benefit you, even when you don't want to, leeds to long term success. I've struggled with this off and on for the last couple years and I've settled on doing what I can and just enjoying the ride!
