Khesrau Ahmadi, B.A, M.A, J.D Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public Khesrau completed his law degree at the University of Ottawa. Khesrau practices in real estate, immigration and refugee law. Khesrau ensures to smoothly close the purchase and sale of new homes, used homes and condominiums.... Khesrau has appeared before the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, Immigration Division and the Federal Court. Throughout his law career Khesrau has gained significant exposure in immigration and refugee law matters, such as H&C claims, refugee claims, appeals, family sponsorships and judicial reviews. Khesrau's experiences have taught him the importance of client service, cost efficiency and competence in delivering legal services, and he hopes to implement such principles in his practice. Khesrau is fluent in English, Dari and Urdu/Hindi, and conversant in Farsi.

Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public Nilofar completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa, where she studied courses and participated in several activities related to immigration and refugee law. She participated in the University of Ottawa Refugee Assistance Project (UORAP) in which she researched access to justice issues affecting Canada's reformed refugee determination system, and conducted jurisprudential research relating to Pre-R...emoval Risk Assessments (PRRA). She also continues to be a member of the Refugee Law Association (RLA). Nilofar has experience in refugee claims, refugee appeals, judicial reviews, Humanitarian & Compassionate (H&C) applications, PRRA, visitor visas, study permits, work permits, temporary resident permits, immigration status extensions & restorations, citizenship applications, permanent residency applications, family sponsorships and Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR). She has successfully represented clients before the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, Immigration Division, and the Federal Court. Nilofar is fluent in English, Dari and Urdu/Hindi, and conversant in Farsi.
