Dear Friends and Patients of North Kildonan Family Chiropractic, COVID-19 is affecting each of us and our community. At this time, our primary and immediate concern is for all of us to be safe and healthy. Our office currently remains open to serve you, our patients. ... We are: - Closely following Government guidelines and good practices; - Ensuring our adjusting tables, counters and other hard surfaces are sanitized between patients, as well as hand washing between patients; - You do not need to sign-in upon arrival. We have suspended this practice; - Altering our appointment schedule to ensure there are no patients waiting in the office reception and patients are seen immediately and are in and out of the Office even more quickly; Please keep your appointment and be on time to assist the orderly process for all; - Asking patients who are experiencing any flu like symptoms to call me to discuss their symptoms and assess the situation and course of action; - Patients returning to Canada from other countries should be self-quarantining at home for 14 days and not come to the office. Any concerns or questions about our care or coming to the Office should be directed to Dr. Carter he will call you back and/or you can email him at [email protected]. During this time of anxiety and extraordinary stress upon each of us - many people will require Chiropractic Care and we want to ensure all of our patients can access care in a safe and confident manner. Healthy nervous system a spine with better alignment and movement puts less stress on your body’s nervous system so get adjusted regularly. 2. Eat healthy eats foods that are natural and rich in vitamins and minerals. Fruits and veggies, organic grains and meats, organic dairy and eggs, nuts, wild fish, legumes, garlic, herbs, spices. Drink lots of clean water (filtered, distilled or well) 3. Adequate rest and sleep 6-8 hours per night 4. Exercise, clean living and hygiene moderate amounts of exercise and fresh air activities. Keep your body clean, wash hands frequently, practice social distancing. 5. Social health happy relationships, work, church, spiritual activities, family activities, eating together, gratitude, forgiveness, optimism, love and faith.
