It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Carole Groulx. Carole was the first person you would see at our Cochrane satellite clinic. She was always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for us and our clients. We will miss her and send her family our condolences.

Face masks help prevent the spread of COVID-19, but they also cause a significant communication barrier, especially for the deaf and hard of hearing who rely on lipreading to understand what others are saying.

Since we can't see you due to COVID-19, we are doing a series of tips for taking care of your hearing aid. Keep your hearing aid dry! Moisture can cause damage and malfunctions, and can shorten the service life of your hearing aid.

UPDATE: Hi Everyone, Since the COVID-19 Pandemic is upon us and looks to extend over the coming weeks, we will unfortunately be closed beyond our anticipated date of April 6. ... We hope to resume as soon as it is deemed safe. Please stay tuned for our next update - we will announce our re-opening date as soon as it has been determined. Until then, stay safe. At the recommendation of our health care regulatory body CASLPO, we have made the decision to close all of our office locations.
