We here at Nobody Cleans Like Mom LTD would like to reach out to our clients and families during this time to discuss the current situation revolving around COVID 19. We understand that this is an ever evolving situation, and what may be current now, may be irrelevant in mere hours, which can be scary and uncertain, leading to misinformation and fear. We wanted to reach out directly to you, our clients and the families of our clients, to say we are here for you, and with you.... This is a situation that affects us all in so many drastic ways and we feel this along with you. During this time of uncertainty, NCLM would like to reassure you that we are taking the proper precautions and following company policies as well as enacting and following any policies put forth by AHS and the Provincial and Federal governments, when it comes to being sick with any kind of illness. NCLM works closely with several seniors associations, families, clients with disabilities, and people of the community that travel which makes this especially serious for us. During this time we are asking that all clients that have travelled or feel unwell to cancel their services and follow the guidelines put in place by AHS. We have always had the health policy that should our clients be ill, they are to inform us and services will be postponed until they are cleared by a physician. As we understand the economic strain the COVID 19 pandemic will have on all Canadians, there will be no late cancellation charges implemented during this time. On a personal note, COVID 19 measures were put into place for the owner of NCLM after returning from Mexico on March 13th. Samantha has been in isolation alone in her home working in the background to ensure clients needs are met, however she will be unavailable indefinitely for field work until further notice. As well, we employ several parents and post secondary students who also are feeling every bit of the effects of this incredible situation. Please note we will be working with staff and may have cleaners who normally would not be in your home working with new hires and training during this time to ensure all scheduled cleans are completed to the standards we are known for. During this time, we greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we welcome any and all feedback regarding our cleans, good or bad. Once again, we would like to assure all of our clients and friends, we are here for you. Please reach out to us, even just to talk or check in. Check in on each other. Follow the guidelines set out by AHS, and check reputable sources for information. We are all in this together, and we need to be here for each other. We will get through this, together.
