Noise Fest

Hey rock n roll fans of Regina, I have some bad news. I just decided to pull the plug on Noise Fest 2016. Between new jobs, schooling, and a couple of other big projects it will be too difficult to run Noise Fest this year. After last year's event I worked on a really great plan to step Noise Fest up to a new level. Sadly with my busy schedule I won't be able to deliver the quality of event I am striving for working alone. I do intend to look at the festival again for 2017 but there just isn't enough hours in the day. Thanks for all the support so far and have a great year! ~ Carson Aaron

Noise Fest 2015 is officially over. This year was without a doubt a success! First of all thank you to all the bands who performed this year, everyone did an amazing job. It was too bad that due to unfortunate circumstances that Mother Night and Maxstone were unable to perform. Thank you though to Slough Sharks and Son Howler for filling in and rocking the house. I also need to thank The German Club and The Artful Dodger for hosting this event. Such unique venues that make th...e whole experience that much better. Additionally personal thanks to @taroncochrane for all the promotional help he did with the festival and certainly a shout out to Drew Dalby with Regina's Rock Station, 104.9 The Wolf who made some on-air shout outs and made an appearance at the festival multiple nights. Also thank you to everyone else who has been promoting, and spreading the word about this event. The attendance certainly spiked up this year and nearly doubled. Most importantly thank you to the all the people who came out to support Noise Fest this year. This event is about the local bands, the local scene, and the people in the scene. Without you we wouldn't have the music scene that we already do have and it is only growing and getting better. With this post that is the end of Noise Fest 2015.
