Vince, Oliver, Stefan, and Dom are the team of Kasama chocolate, and they make amazing hand-crafted bean-to-bar chocolate in Vancouver. For Kakar Island 70% chocolate, they sourced heirloom Trinitario cacao beans grown on the actively volcanic Kakar Island of Papua New Guinea.... The tasting notes of vibrant blackberry, plum, molasses, and nose of fruity, winey; this Kakar Island 70% instantly won our hearts!
