A voluntary mobile testing site has been organized for Friday, January 15, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at William Derby School by appointment . To expedite the pr...ocess, we ask you to complete the attached form for anyone being tested, prior to arriving for a voluntary COVID-19 test. The testing site will be made available for community members beginning Friday afternoon. Appointments for testing will be made in 5 minute increments. For community members with no school age children please call Tracy at the school tomorrow morning at 9am at (306) 725-3441 The testing site can be reached by accessing the back alley on the East side of the school from the Rink Road (Erickson Road) - traffic will flow from South to North down the back alley. Once in this line-up, SHA staff will direct you down the alley and to the East side door where the testing will occur. If the forms are not filled-out before the testing you will be directed out of the line-up to fill out the forms.
