Keeping in shape helps me so my second workout can be done ! Fixing the basement ......jackhammering (I’m not in charge of the jackhammer) but I am hauling out these pails of sand ( who would think these weigh 40 lbs). Yes I weighed them ! Whether you workout because you enjoy it or workout for a million other reasons ......just do it ! It’s good for your body and in the year of the pandemic .....good for your soul !

Im so excited for my client Sofia . She’s a very positive young woman, wife, and Mother of one who is an inspiration . Despite the past year as many people have found it difficult to get motivated in a work from home situation that created a boredom eating cycle coupled with a lot of couch time Sofia has triumphed. She used the time that was involuntarily freed up as an opportunity to improve her health by embarking on a weight loss journey. To date she has lost 50 lbs... and continues to shed more weight . She said that she decided to use the $ that she saved from eating out at fast food and invest it in her health. She says it’s been a lot easier then what she anticipated now that she is working with a personal trainer . Laurie suggested I focus on meal planning that’s simple and nutritious and that my family and I can eat together and I leave the workouts to her !. Stay tuned for her continued progress ! See more
Susan brought a furry partner to workout with her today ! Stormy is so cute ! Clearly his favourite time was when Susan was stretching .
What’s your goal????? Goals can be short term or long term. Last year one of my goals was to front squat 150 lbs .......and I fell short , hitting 140 . So this year it’s still in my next 12 month radar along with another goal or two ! You don’t have to always have a goal but you are more successful when you do , and when your goals are specific it’s even better !!
