SO excited to announce that I'm now part of the amazing Energy Fitness and Yoga team! Check out the bright and beautiful studio and buy a pass to get the best of both worlds - circuit training AND yoga, in one space :) There's no other studio like it in Maple Ridge.. pretty neat huh? Starting June, I'll be teaching Monday's 4:45pm Warm Flow and Wednesday's 8pm Deep Stretch/Yin. Try your first class on the house and message me to get ahold of a free class card! <3
