No More Nits Head Lice Removal

With summer camps now over, school back in session, & toque season just around the corner, we would just like to remind parents about our services, as well as about the importance of doing routine head checks when at home; Preventative measures & early detection are key!

While assisting more clients recently, I was saddened to hear another story of a family who used chemical products in an attempt to eliminate lice & are now losing sections of their hair! With school back in & Halloween just around the corner, we would like to send out a quick reminder to parents about how easy it is for head lice to be spread, & to remind everyone to be diligent in doing routine family head checks. I have to admit I was cringing when I walked through value village the other day & saw so many people trying on all the different masks & head gear, laughing with their friends, & then putting the items back. Remember, we are here to help with nit/lice removal and/or consultations if you find yourself Scratching Your Head and Thinking About It!

HUGE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE - I was talking with a lady yesterday about head lice, when another woman turns to me with a tone of sophisticated disgust & says ""I am clean & don't have children, so thankfully I don't need to worry about lice"" WRONG! If you have hair, & you leave the house or have visitors come over, you are at risk of getting head lice & should know the proper way to deal with It!

Contacted by 3 different families this week, all claiming they've used multiple chemical solutions on their children's heads; one child was even having side effects from the products used - Yet, I am combing out walking lice of all stages! Stop using harsh chemicals on your childrens heads; we will remove the infestation & educate you with safer cost effective solutions!
