Nona's Preserves

With the Elm Tree Cafe now open, you can sample our signature blubarb (blueberry-rhubarb) jam on a croissant. Made by Nona's Preserves, this is a combination of... two great Nova Scotia flavours. Nona's Preserves will not be in production during the summer this year. However, I will be able to fill orders for a limited product line from mid September to the end of November. Six jar minimum, pick up in New Brunswick only - no shipping. So if there's something that your taste buds cannot do without, please message me well in advance with your request. Stay well. :)

Wow! An amazing weekend starts today in Annapolis Royal. Nona's Preserves will be at St Luke's Hall on Saturday from 9 to 3 along with other wonderful vendors, including the incomparable Monica Stark Jewellery, gorgeous Bent Threads handwoven scarves, natural soaps and body care products from Widdershins, and so many more. Hot food will be sold, and a little bird hinted that there might be a great door prize too! Come in and check it out! :)

Among our more popular products in the shop are jams and fruit vinegars made by Nona's Preserves of Annapolis Royal. If you are looking for a great locally made... gift, we highly recommend a jar of blubarb jam. Tart rhubarb combined with juicy Nova Scotia blueberries makes for a delicious addition to your morning routine. Blubarb jam is made specifically for the Historic Gardens and available only at our gift shop. Visit our winter shop in the Gardens office or see us during the Annapolis Royal Winter Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings 9am-noon.
