Week of February 15, 2021 SEAFOOD LASAGNE is the Meal for 2 on Friday!!! WEDNESDAY- Lunch served from 11:30 until 1:30- ASH Wednesday CRISPY oven fried FISH Sandwich- This sandwich is made with mild white fish topped with panko breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. TASTING TOUR of Northwest Italy Saturday, October 24, 2020 6PM **CUT OFF for reservations is FRIDAY, October 16th Limited seating 50$ Per Person- All Inclusive (next one will be Spain on NOV 7th and then Tuscany Italy on Nov 28th...)... If you would like to bring wine to enjoy with your meal, I would suggest wines from the NW of Italy such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay for whites, if you like fizzy and can find it Lambrusco would be great. For reds, Sangiovese, even one from Tuscany would work. Or ANY wine that you enjoy with rich food as this area is more about creamy sauces. Parma ham with melon- Emilia Romagna Oven Baked Salmon with Genovese pesto- Liguria, is famous for its Genovese basil as well as being a seafaring region of Italy Fresh Artichokes are topped with a rich creamy sauce and served with freshly baked Cracked Pepper focaccia with white truffle oil (Piedmont) Handmade ravioli- stuffed with fresh pumpkin and cheese, then topped with a sage warm butter sauce -Emilia Romagna Veal Osso Bucco over saffron Risotto topped with a parsley and lemon gremolata-Lombardy Zabaglione- this is a custard dessert from Piedmont. SUPPER CLUB MENUs to be posted tomorrow! MONDAY- Lunch from 11:30 until 1:30 Pasta with Sausage, Roasted Butternut Squash, kale and cheese- is a pasta dish with a white cream sauce as well as fresh sage. Which gives it a wonderful flavor. I made this dish about a month ago and have been asked to repeat. So here it is! This dish freezes very well too 10$ ... Zucchini, Eggplant, Tomato and white bean gratin with panko topping 8$ SOUP-CHIPOTLE Sweet Potato Soup with a bell pepper and bacon salsa. This pureed soup is mildly spicy and is topped with a crunchy pepper, onion and bacon crumble. Contains chicken stock. SMALL 5$ LARGE 12$ SCONES- Pear flavored and also fresh BROWNIES today TUESDAY- Meals to Go PICK UP WEDNESDAY- CLOSED THURSDAY- Lunch from 11:30 until 1:30 CUBAN FLAVORED BUDDHA- 14$ Still some warm weather hanging on so let’s go for this bowl again! The protein will be your choice of Mojo Flavored Pulled Pork or Mojo flavored tofu. It will have a sour orange flavored basmati rice as a base, Cuban style black beans, homemade pineapple salsa, avocado chunks and roasted chickpeas. Sauce will be a refreshing orange/teriyaki. SOUTHWEST Stuffed Poblano Peppers- these are my FAVORITE peppers as most of you already know. Today I will be treating it like a sweet pepper and stuffing it with ground beef, rice, black beans and some corn. Thank you everyone for all the stromboli orders for yesterday! You sure know how to make a gal feel special! Just finished making brownies for tomorrow, they need to cool overnight or impossible to cut them! THURSDAY-LUNCH from 11:30 until 1:30 BUDDHA BOWL- Spicy Mango with chicken and vegetable pot stickers or oven baked soy and sriracha roasted tofu. Roasted sweet potato, roasted broccoli, baby spinach, avocado and mango over farro (a healthy grain with lots of protein, ha...s a nutty flavor) with a slightly spicy mango sauce. 12$ CUBAN Sandwich- this sandwich is made on French bread- like a sub roll. It is filled with mojo-marinated roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese and pickles- right in the sandwich (Let me know if you want anything left off) the topping is a combination of yellow mustard and garlic butter. 10$ SOUP- This soup is basically cream of broccoli with a few more things added and bacon on top. Broccoli, potato and cheese with a chicken stock base. This is a very thick soup that will keep you happy for hours. SMALL 5$ Pumpkin Scones with maple glaze 1,50 Salted Caramel Brownies 2$ FRIDAY-LUNCH from 11:30 until 1:30 Crispy- oven baked Tilapia (mild white fish) with a Zucchini Tomato & Eggplant Gratin 10$ Vegan- STUFFED SWEET Potato- This will be a Mediterranean Style potato. You KNOW how big my baked potatoes are, so this will fill you for sure! Filled with fresh chickpeas, a fresh tomato salad (can't believe how many tomatoes I grew) and topped with a hummus/garlic herb sauce. 10$ RATATOUILLE- This is the perfect end of summer dish. This is a French stew made with vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, fresh tomato, yellow squash and bell peppers and fresh basil) This dish turns vegetables into magic. It is thick, like a stew and I will add a piece of garlic bread for dunking! SMALL- 7$

Tuesday- 22nd MEALS TO GO Lunch menu will be posted tomorrow for the coming week. The weather has cooled down, so I am going to make you STROMBOLI. THEY FREEZE WELL, they are tasty hot, warm or even right out of the refrigerator eat half and freeze half, they are very filling! For best results to reheat if you freeze, leave in fridge to thaw overnight and put in 350 F oven for about 20 minutes. Leave it wrapped in foil at first, then, unwrap it for the last 10 minutes t...o get outside a little crusty. You can reply to this note or email me at [email protected] ITALIAN COLD CUT STROMBOLI- A Stromboli is much like a calzone, or a rolled-up pizza/sub. When you cut into it, it looks like a jelly roll. This will be filled with an assortment of cold cuts (pepperoni, salami, ham and provolone cheese) Will include a container of my tomato sauce for dipping. No sauce inside. HALF STROMBOLI- (8-10) will feed 2-4 15$ WHOLE STROMBOLI-(16) a bit meatier will feed the family. 35$ VEGETARIAN STROMBOLI- This one will be stuffed with oven roasted bell peppers, mushrooms, sun dried tomato and spinach with provolone cheese. Will include a container of my tomato sauce for dipping. HALF STROMBOLI- (8-10) 12$ WHOLE STROMBOLI-(16) will feed 6-8 25$ VEGAN STROMBOLI- This one will also be stuffed with oven roasted bell peppers, mushrooms, sun dried tomato and spinach with VEGAN CHEESE.
