This week is National Folic Acid Awareness Week, which aims to spread awareness about the importance of folic acid, for everyone, but especially for pre-conception, and pregnant women. Folic acid is a type of B vitamin (B9), which helps the body produce and maintain new cells. Did you know that lentils, oranges, broccoli, and spinach are not only delicious but are also excellent sources of folic acid?
The staff at the NBNPLC’s would like to wish everyone a safe, and happy holiday! We will re-open Tuesday at 8:00 am.

Halloween, much like a lot of things this year will look very different. Trick-or-treating not being advised, and group gatherings limited, it may take some creativity to keep the fun in Halloween this year. There are still so many fun, safe, and spooky things you can do with the kids! Check out the link below for some spooky inspiration! https://www.delish.com//how-to-celebrate-halloween-at-home/
