Hello everyone! We are the North Durham COVID Assessment Centre located at Prince Albert Hall in Port Perry. We will be opening on Tuesday August 4th at 12 noon! We are a COVID-19 testing and assessment facility serving Uxbridge, Scugog and Brock townships. We’ll be posting more information in the coming days, so stay tuned! Our COVID swab bookings will soon be available through the Durham COVID intake form linked on our webpage. For now, you can be swabbed at other Durham centres like the newly opened Clarington clinic and clinics in Oshawa and Pickering.
