There have been some changes to 4-H programming suspensions as we enter Phase 4 of the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan. - In-Person Outdoor Club Activities are allowe...d in Phase 4, Part 1. Indoor 4-H activities are not allowed. In Phase 4, clubs may be able to begin to hold in-person activities provided they meet restrictions set out by the Saskatchewan Health Authority, Government of Saskatchewan, 4-H Saskatchewan or 4-H Canada (eg. Size of gathering, safety precautions). - ALL participants at in person events must sign the MANDATORY 4-H COVID PARTICIPATION WAIVER BEFORE participating at the event/activity available at www.4-h.sk.ca/tools-for-clubs . These must be collected and submitted to 4-H Saskatchewan immediately after the event. - All in-person 4-H events and activities at the district, regional and provincial level must be suspended or postponed for the remainder of the 4-H membership year (until at least August 31, 2020). For details on what this means for provincial programs (camp, AGM, public speaking) the most up-to-date information can be found on the 4-H website at www.4-h.sk.ca/covid19preparedness

UPDATE: The 4-H program suspension has been extended to June 15. All in-person 4-H events and activities at the club, district, regional and provincial level m...ust be suspended or postponed until at least June 15, 2020. Person-to-person 4-H activities and events are not allowed and will not be covered by 4-H insurance coverage. Approximately two weeks prior to the suspension deadline, we will reassess. As the situation continues to evolve, it is possible further postponement could be required. Since in-person programming is suspended, we are communicating with 4-H club leaders, giving them support and resources to help clubs complete the 4-H year. 4-H’ers have until August 30, 2020 to complete all member credit requirements. We encourage you to continue to Learn To Do By Doing by figuring out new ways to connect and learn through virtual resources. For the most up-to-date information about 4-H programming, including FAQs, at this time can be found on the 4-H website at www.4-h.sk.ca/covid19preparedness
