Drop us a line to get in on this freshly harvested taste of heaven, delivered to your door Bear’s Head (hericium americanum) is an incredibly versatile super food (it’s an amazing brain-food) and cooks up like a dream, easily mimicking crab, fish or even steak Grab some before it’s gone!

Mushroom patty and broccoli - cut the stem off the base and slice off small florets off broccoli - Heat a Pan to medium high heat and add mushroom - Press the mushroom with a heavy weight while it cooks and flip once it starts to brown - Once it releases its juices add the chopped broccoli Burger sauce ( enough for two burgers if you’re saucy ) - 2 Tbs bbq sauce - 1 Tbs olive brine - 2 Tbs relish - 1 tsp mustard - 1 Tbs dry mustard seeds (or 1 tsp Dijon) - 1 tsp horse radish - 1 tsp mayo (vegenaise) Add any toppings you’re up for.
