As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is continuously spreading we have implemented the following procedure as a precautionary measure. There is no need to panic and this is not meant to cause any immediate alarm to the public. We are doing our best to adhere to the appropriately recommended screening guidelines. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY we are asking any patients who have:... Traveled outside of Canada recently..Especially to high level countries such as..China, Iran, Italy, Korea, France, Spain, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong ~~~ AND ~~~ Have symptoms of lower respiratory illness..Cough, Fever, Shortness Of Breath ~~~ OR ~~~ Have been in close contact with an individual who has either tested positive for COVID-19 or traveled outside Canada and has symptoms of lower respiratory illness *** DO NOT COME DIRECTLY INTO THE CLINIC *** We ask that if you need to see your family doctor or make a clinic inquiry that you ONLY contact via telephone (250) 262-0016 for further information on this process. If there is a patient who may be carrying this virus and they come directly into the clinic without warning..sit in the waiting room with other patients..interact with medical staff and physicians..or occupy an exam room.....This poses a great chance of spreading this disease further. We thank you for your cooperation in this important matter.

Same Day Appointments Clarification A message to clarify the same day access or walk-in appointments for patients attached to one of the family physicians at the North Peace Primary Care Clinic. The doors of the clinic open at 8 am at which time if you are looking to get a same day/emergency appointment you can take a ticket. Walk-In Information At this time we regret to inform the public that due to circumstances beyond our control the North Peace Primary Care Clinic will unfortunately not be able to continue the Walk-In for any unattached patients for the foreseeable future. We will have same day access appointments available for all patients that are currently attached to our physicians and will continue to try and accommodate these patients to the best of our ability. This will go into effect January 1, 2020 and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. When and if the situation changes we will inform the public as to the availability of these services once again. Again we apologize as we understand the stress this may cause.

Letter to the Public and our Current Patients Unfortunately at this time we our doctors are at maximum capacity with their current attached patient practices. We regret to inform the public that at this time until further notice that we are no longer able to accept new patients at the North Peace Primary Care Clinic. This will not affect any current patients that are attached to our physicians already. We realize that there is a patient to doctor shortage but to offer the qua...lity of care we would like to be able to give out active patients we can not at this time add more to our practices. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are however looking towards new changes in the summer of 2020 that may possibly help alleviate this situation. To all our patients We regret to inform you due to unforeseen circumstances that our walk-in will be closed August 1st and August 2nd. As well the clinic will be closed for the statutory holiday Monday August 5, 2019.... We will be re-open including the walk-in for regular hours on Tuesday August 6, 2019. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Unfortunately we will not be able to have a walk in clinic tomorrow Wednesday 22, 2019 but will resume to normal scheduling of such Thursday 23, 2019. Sorry for this inconvenience.

As the Christmas holiday fast approaches us I have attached a photo of the clinic holiday hours starting next week and through to New Years, whereas after we will back to open regular hours. Good Morning all... we have been and are currently having issues with our phone system including one of our lines being down completely. We have someone from Telus looking into and hopefully repairing this today unfortunately this makes communicating with us a longer process as we only can only receive so many calls at one time. Please bare with us as we attempt to resolve this problem and we apologize for any frustrations it may cause you. Thank you.

The North Peace Primary Care Clinic would like to inform its patients that the clinic will be closed for the Easter Holiday's. The clinic will have regular hours on Thursday March 29, 2018 and will reopen after the Easter weekend on Tuesday April 3, 2018. Wishing you all a happy Easter weekend in hopes you are able to spend some time with friends and family.

The physicians and staff would like to extend their wishes for a Happy Family Day to all! Hope you are all lucky enough to be enjoying this day off with family and friends possibly getting out in the community and participating in some of the High on Ice events and goings on this weekend.
