|| Peach Plush Release Day! || It's looking like a beautiful Spring weekend and we have the perfect beer for the occasion. Our first sour of the season is out today! This 4.5% ABV sour was refermented on 300lbs of Nova Scotia peaches and made with @escarpmentlabs Lacto 2.0 blend and Vermont Ale yeast strain.... This sour is summer in a glass. Tart, peachy, bubbly,refreshing, it's the perfect sour to enjoy in the sunshine. Happy Friday folks! || 2021 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS || We are very excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2021 North Brewing Co. Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship! At North, we recognize the need for better representation within the craft beer and hospitality communities. We recognize that there are deep seeded systems and practices within our industry that result in the lack of opportunity for so many people, and this needs to change. This scholarship will be award...ed to a local candidate once a year, to a student entering any of the following programs: hospitality, sciences, engineering, art+design, business, fabrication/trades, and any other field that is (or could be!) related to the brewing industry. The scholarship will comprise two parts: $1500 awarded to the successful candidate for each year of school attended in the program they are entering upon receipt of the scholarship (up to 4 years of schooling), plus guaranteed summer employment either in the taproom, retail or production, for the duration of their education (ia commitment to summer employment is not required but only offered if it is a benefit to the recipient). Our goal is to provide opportunity and funding for education to individuals who are underrepresented in our industry, so that we can move towards an industry that is more welcoming, and equitable, and better represents the communities where we live, work, and serve. Individuals interested in this scholarship can find all of the necessary application criteria through our website. Applications are open now, and will remain open until July 31st, 2021. We will be awarding the second scholarship in late August 2021 for the Fall 2021 term. Please note, we will announce yearly when we are open for applications and when they will be closed for the year. This scholarship was originally set up in collaboration with our wonderful friend Ren @beer_diversity. We are very excited to be working with Ren, along with the member of @changeisbrewingco to be on the selection committee again this year. This has certainly been a challenging year and a half for students, we wish all the candidates much luck and success in their studies!

TAPROOM UPDATE! We will be re-opening the taproom WEDNESDAY JAN 13TH for dine-in service. Our winter hours starting that Wednesday will be: Monday: Closed Tuesday: 3pm-9pm Wednesday: 12pm-9pm...
