New neighbours

Happy Earth Day! Habitat PAB put together a walk through video of their recent build. It makes me so happy that another family has a safe place to live. This was a great project to design and work on. The energy efficiency of this house is amazing!! We utilized a double wall construction technique, took into consideration the window sizes & locations, and made the roof overhangs work to our advantage, among other things. Check it out...

Excited to be in the planning stage of this project! It's scheduled to start this fall. Looking forward has me hopeful that our world will become healthy again.
