It has been heartbreaking to hear that 215 bodies were found at the former Kamloops Indian Residential School. These graves bring forth a massive ongoing proble...m that exists in trying to uncover the truth about what happened to loved ones when they did not return home for residential schools. The recent news is devastating and may invoke intense feelings, sadness, anger, and shock that are completely normal, please know you are not alone. Please reach out if you would like to speak to someone. There are counsellors available at the health centre. The Wellness & Crisis Team has a 24/7 on call support number 1 866 209-9582 A National Residential School Crisis Line is available to access support by calling 1 866 925-4419-9582.
