Northern Comfort Massage Therapy

Every day, I feel so blessed to do the work I do. I am on year 21 of Massage Therapy and I feel so healthy and thankful! I get asked a lot ....."that career only lasts a couple years, right?" Nope! When you enjoy what you do, your job is not a chore, I love what I do and the community I serve! So grateful to the super awesome clients who support me over the years! Without you, I wouldn't be here today. Plus, I really have to walk the walk and talk the talk. I am active; stret...ching, HIIT workouts, pilates, resistance training. I have a regular Qigong meditation ritual as well. I take mini breaks when I need to! I also do EFT tapping (emotional freedom technique) which is an easy helpful tool to calm and focus your mind and emotions. Please ask me about the Qigong or EFT- I can show you some helpful, simple things you can do yourself. A lot of my friends and clients ask what I do in my spare time, for fun.....well.....here is one day's work worth of laundry. Yep. My second job is laundry I always joke with someone when they ask about massage therapy as a career. My first reply is.....you better like doing laundry!!!
