When we are running behind. We genuinely appreciate our patients patience. :) We are not drinking coffee or filing our nails or taking personal calls and deliberatley ignoring you while you stare back at us in the front seating area. ( Notice how I avoid calling it a "waiting " room. ) We are dealing with people, they have emotions and fears and need to be informed and we have to spend some TLC . It is not black and white, there is a lot of grey and some cases are more c...omplex than others.. I know , right? Just a reminder to our loyal patients that we appreciate their time and we are always striving to be on time. In fact, we'd love to have a dinner at some point! All too familiar

So far we have a pair of glasses, mittens and a jacket. We need some pants, underwear and a t-shirt. :) I know it would be kind of weird to forget our pants or underwear at the dental office, but if our patients want to help us with a full set of clothing, they have to be more creative. In other words - if you had forgotten any of the above item while you were trying to rush out from the clinic, please come and check out "lost and found" bin :(
