Compared to March 2020, the March 2021 market in the Northern Region saw a drastic increase in home sales, a significant increase in the average price, and a major increase in new listings. This makes sense, given that March 2020 was when the COVID-19 pandemic slowed the market down; it bounced back this year in a very strong way!
