RECIPE Here’s a super easy but delicious morning breakfast this will take you literally 10mins or less to make All you need:... 1Tbsp basil pesto 2Tbsp avocado oil (some for pan) 2 Organic eggs 1 Handful of mixed greens 1Tbsp hummus 1/2Tbsp Feta (I used sheep) 2 pieces of gf bread (I used @littlenorthernbakehouse) Medium pan (I used cast iron) Chlorophyll (I used @naturessunshinecanada) Some facts: Avocado oil can be cooked at higher temperatures, without burning (becoming carcinogenic). Don’t use anything but organic eggs! Trust me - if you look up the rules/regulations that are in place for the quality of these VS. conventional you will be 100% on board. I used sheep feta because this is closest to human milk (rather then cow) it is more allergen friendly. Cooking in cast iron infuses your food with iron content - when cooking your food absorbs the iron from the pan. Chlorophyll is AMAZING for helping to alkalize the body.
