Pedicure on the spot. #covidpedicure #itworks
This stuff is so good I had to share it here too. Do you have cracked dry skin especially as the winter rolls around. This is a great solution and it’s from a company that is as natural as it gets.

Lately a few people have contacted me in regards to growing their own garden this year. There biggest concerns have to do with the quality of seedlings and seeds that they can purchase. For home gardening purpose GMO's is not your biggest concerns, it would be the the pesticides/herbicides and the starters (some growers use growth hormones to start their plants). There are 4 types of seeds:... 1. Treated: Treated to protect from specific seed and soil - borne pathogens. 2. Untreated: No treatment applied 3. Organic seeds 4. Heirloom seeds: These are seed passed down from generations ago. They offer some of my personal favourites. If you are going to purchase seedlings and you are concerned my suggestion would be to ask questions, ask what has been sprayed on it, what was used to start it in the growing process? Thus far, 11 GMO crops that have been approved for sale in the United States and Canada: soybeans, corn, canola, cotton, alfalfa, sugar beets, summer squash, papaya, apples and potatoes. Starting from seeds is not only more economical and a beautiful process but it put you in full control. I learning and it is a hit and miss, especially if you are not equipped to start them indoors. I found most local growers were honest about what they used to start their seeds. The fact is if we don't buy it someone else will come along, and probably purchase them no questions asked. Many of my friends are also growing organically year round and indoors, if you would like to learn more about this, PM me. I would be happy to share. If you are not growing, would you be interested in a food box? PM me with your postal code and we can discuss this further. All in all, please don't sweat. Grow as much as you can and where you cannot, try to find a #local source that you can personally have a conversation with. Happy growing, Be Blessed and #StaySafe, Nuff Love Nadia

Hello and Good Night all, This just came from a friend in my inbox. I looked up the ingredient and below is what I found. I know most of us here are very health conscious and this will or may not be in our cupboards, but we they are always on the grocery store shelves, that means they are selling, and quite possible to folks we know and love dearly. Kindly share if you see the need. I do. Trisodium phosphate (TSP) is the inorganic compound with the chemical formula Na3PO4. It is a white, granular or crystalline solid, highly soluble in water, producing an alkaline solution. TSP is used as a cleaning agent, builder, lubricant, food additive, stain remover, and degreaser.
Today’s #SaturdaySoup was delicious. #Soup #Saturdaysoup #Carrots #Squash #Kale #BeefBones #BoneBroth
A dish of carrots prepped for our family’s Saturday soup. Who else loves a nice bowl of soup? Growing up, we were not always sure what type of soup it would be, but on a Saturday it was always soup. ... Can you relate with a similar meal? While, I do not make soup every Saturday, I find them and the thoughts of them very warming, especially as the temperature drops. One great thing is there are many local organic grown veggies we can make delicious soups with. . . . . . #Soup #Carrots #Organic #Family #Jamaican #Ontario #Multicultural #Multicoloured #Ethnic #Local
